Our optional Artwork Checking Service provides added peace of mind before your job goes to print. We carefully check your files for colour, alignment, layering and other potential issues to ensure they are correctly prepared for our presses. This helps reduce the risk of print errors, unexpected costs and production delays.

File Setup

Our preferred format is a print-ready PDF. Please ensure:

  • Fonts are embedded or converted to outlines
  • Images are embedded or included
  • A minimum of 2mm bleed is provided on all sides
  • Text, logos and important content are at least 5mm inside the trim edge

For logos, text and clean graphics, vector artwork is recommended for sharp, scalable results.

For large areas of rich black, we recommend C40 M40 Y40 K100 for a deeper, more solid black.

Correctly prepared artwork helps us maintain consistent quality and ensures your order can be produced efficiently.

Proofing & Colour

For colour-critical projects or brand-specific colours, we recommend requesting a hard-copy printed proof to assess colour reproduction before proceeding with the full print run.

Materials & Finishes

Choose from a range of quality paper stocks and finishes, including silk, uncoated (matte), gloss and specialist papers. 

We use high-quality inks and carefully selected materials to deliver professional results with excellent durability and finish.

Artwork Submission

After completing your order, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload and submit your artwork.

Production & Turnaround

Standard items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of artwork approval. Rush production and same-day collection are available on selected products.
