Correx 4mm fluted board – A Versatile Solution for Creative Signage

Lightweight and rigid 4mm twin-walled polypropylene with a corrugated centre. Commonly referred to as Correx, Corrugated Plastic, Corex.

File Setup

Our preferred format is a print-ready PDF. Please ensure:

  • Fonts are embedded or converted to outlines
  • Images are embedded or included
  • A minimum of 2mm bleed is provided on all sides
  • Text, logos and important content are at least 5mm inside the trim edge

For logos, text and clean graphics, vector artwork is recommended for sharp, scalable results.

For large areas of rich black, we recommend C40 M40 Y40 K100 for a deeper, more solid black.

Correctly prepared artwork helps us maintain consistent quality and ensures your order can be produced efficiently.

Proofing & Colour

For colour-critical projects or brand-specific colours, we recommend requesting a hard-copy printed proof to assess colour reproduction before proceeding with the full print run.

Materials & Finishes
